Help with reconnect to Internet

I cannot connect my Google Home app that has already been connected accounts and goes off-line when I scan the barcode it tells me network issue with the Internet can anyone help?

  • What's the light status of your Google Wifi?
  • What's the exact message you're getting after scanning the barcode?
