Hi. I’ve rebooted my router and reset the nest, but but it still can’t find the network. What next?

I’ve rebooted my router several times, reset my nest, pulled it off the wall and rebooted it, but it still can’t find my WiFi network. Now what?

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your Nest Thermostat. I'm sure it's frustrating to have that offline. Let's see what we can figure out for you.
 
So I see that you've tried a few troubleshooting steps. Thanks for letting me know what you have tried. There are a few more things to look at, however. We have a troubleshooting list you can review here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9249211?hl=en#zippy=
 
If you see anything you haven't tried, give it a go. If after that point you're still not getting a connection, come back and let me know and we'll see what steps we can take from there. Thanks.
