How can I connect my TV WiFi?

I have google home and want to connect it with my phone but my tv cannot connect with the wifi

I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to make sure your concerns were addressed. When it comes to wifi issues, I know they can be confusing sometimes, but I'm happy to help. 
 
So I understand that you have a Google Home and you want to connect it with your phone, which you should be able to do through the Google Home app, without having to involve your TV at all.
