I cannot get the guest network to take. I enter everything, click “save,” and it doesn’t save.

I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I understand wifi issues can be confusing, but I'm happy to take a look into this for you. 
 
I would suggest reviewing this article, as it has everything you'll need about Guest networks. If you're still having issues, I would suggest doing a factory reset on the network or devices.
