My router doesn’t work. Hours of support calls. No joy Nest support doesn’t fix the router. Goggle one doesn’t fix the router. I ask for a replacement repeatedly. Nobody responds.
Had I bought my nest wifi router from a retailer I would return it to the store.
No joy from my repeated requests. I am left with no wifi for a week.
I am a deeply dissatisfied customer.

Could you share with me the case ID number that you got from support? I can use that to look up your interactions and hopefully be able to help you out some more here. If you can just share it here, I'll look into things deeper for you.
