ISP is requiring a MAC WAN address from my device HELP!

My ISP is requiring a MAC WAN address from my device in order to setup my Nest WIFI pro. I gave them the MAC address on the bottom of my WIFI pro but they say that it isn't working and that they don't even see the  device trying to connect to the network. Anyone have any ideas? I'm using a Google Pixel 6 to setup my WIFI Pro.

Hi TimmyT21,

Thanks for posting — let's see what's going on.

A few questions: do you have a modem router combo provided by your Internet service provider? Also, do you get any messages when you try to set it up on your Google Home app?

We'll wait for your update.

Best,
Abi
