Internet outage

Our internet has been out almost 20hrs since about 5pm yesterday this has been the worst service

If the issue is with the google routers i would recommend you to contact their customer support https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en

Bgraves, were you able to get contact with our support? If not, can you tell us more if this is about your Google Wifi router or Google Fi service?
