Hey all,
Just switched to a fiberwire provider and my Iphones won't connect to the Wifi. They will connect to the network but once I open safari it times out. Apps seem to work but nothing for any browsers? I have reset the modem, router, and network settings on my IPhones. Iphones are updated with the latest OS too. Any help would be great. Thanks

I am facing the same issue. Only iPhones are problem, rest phones and laptops are able to connect to internet. @AbigailF - I saw you answering on another thread about it, can you please help ?

Could you try using your iPhone’s mobile data and see if the issue persists? I’d like to isolate it further to confirm if the issue is with the network or with the device itself. I’ll wait for your update.

My phone will work if I use my own phone service. Still won’t connect to the Wi-Fi. It will connect to the network then say Wi-Fi not available

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I want to follow up if you are still unable to get your iPhone connected to your Wi-Fi network. Please try to change your Wi-Fi password and see if that helps.
