Is there a way to turn off my router at night when sleeping besides unplugging it?

Is there a way to turn off the router, besides unplugging it from the wall, while sleeping, at night?There is a child sleeping in the room where the routers comes into the house. I would like to get some information about turning the router off at night, while sleeping, besides unplugging it from the wall

There is no way to do this built in to the router itself. However, a smart plug could be programmed with scheduled daily on and off times, which should achieve the same purpose by plugging the router into the smart plug.
