Hope someone can figure this one out. Laptop set back to factory settings, nest set back to factory settings. Laptop connects to virgin wifi, no problems. Laptop connects to nest wifi, "connected no internet" message, then kicks laptop out. I have been online with microsoft support to see if it was windows, I have ran every trouble shooter going. No hardware or software issues found. I have posted on here for months trying to get to the bottom of it. But if everything is set back to factory settings, what else can I do??!! It is the only device in the house that has issues, so I dont think it is nest. Getting to the point where I am going to use the laptop as a paperweight and get a new one.

Did you try all the things mentioned here?
Especially the last suggestion: A new network card.
