I'm looking to buy a Google Nest as both myself and my wife work from home and are on zoom/teams calls throughout the day.
I have Spectrum internet with a Router and Modem currently.
Do I need both a Nest Router and Next Points? Or do the points work with my existing Router?

Nest Wifi add-on point can't work with your existing router/ Wi-Fi.
Why are you considering buying Nest Wifi, is your current Wi-Fi coverage lacking? If it is for festures like preferred activities (QoS) for VOIP/ Zoom, you'll need Nest Wifi to act as a router too, not only as add-on point/ access point.
