Due to a power failure, my FiOS router bit the dust. I had a nest router underneath the FiOS router. So, I direct connected the FiOS network to the nest router. All of my devices connected to the nest did not notice a difference except my work pc (Microsoft, windows 10). It connects to the WIFI as always, however, there is no internet access as I had before switching the router. I hauled my pc to the nest router location and connected it with an ethernet cable. That worked fine and I had full internet access. Unfortunately, I can't work in the closet with the nest router. The pc will connect to the nest WIFI but still does not allow internet access.
I have have a Mac pc that is connected to the WIFI and it works fine with full internet access. I also have 4 iPhones, 4 smart TVs, 5 amazon echo devices, and an Xbox that all work fine with full internet access.
Right now I am having to limp along using my iphone's hotspot for my pc's internet connection to my work.
Calling Verizon and my IT group has been useless.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix this problem.? Everything has been reset multiple times to no avail.

A complete factory reset and re-setup of the nest fixed the problem.
