Hi all, I have just bought a Samsung book laptop which runs windows. I already had a PC for a number of years which always had a stable Internet connection via Nest mesh.
After connecting the laptop to the house WIFI I now find that I cannot connect to the internet via the PC. Mesh and PC are showing connection to each other but no Internet available. So frustrating
I have tried everything I can think off. Reboot Modem and Nest, Prioritising PC in Nest, running Virus scan,
Can anybody assist please?

Sorry for the problems you're having with your PC connecting to your network. That sounds pretty confusing and frustrating. Let's see what we can do to get this figured out.
Sorry for the questions, but it's a little bit unclear what's going on between your network and the PC. If you can clear it a up a bit, I'm sure we can figure it out.

Hi,
I have resolved theissue by completing a reset on my PC, bit of a pain but now connected to the internet.
To answer your questions though;
It was a wireless connection.
The network could see the PC and vice versa.
PC said connected but no internet. I tested it with a ping as suggested to test the connection.
