I reached out to Google Support last year but never heard back.
I have a Nest Point that regularly turns itself off, and I have to go and unplug it and plug it back in. This probably happens at least once a week, and as our router is at one end of the house, when I move to the other end when the point turns itself off I lose internet connection. I think it is a faulty point as we have never, ever had an issue with the main Nest router. I'm not sure what else to do besides spend $100+ on a new point...
