I have a mesh WiFi setup. 1 of the points is giving me problems. Internet works fine but every couple of days I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to respond to voice commands such as turning off lights. Everything is set up correctly in the Home app because once it is plugged back in it works. Could I have a bad point?

Having the same issue... give support a call... this has been an on going issue for months and they wont acknowledge there is an issue with their product after latest software update

They'll say to reboot it. Then it will work and they get you off the phone, coz the problem won't happen again til hours or days later

Point doesn’t respond at all. No lights or voice. It does have power because if I touch it I can change the volume. Also seems to still have internet. My Roku tv is 6 feet away and it isn’t affected. Before I added the mesh, the tv would buffer constantly because WiFi was too far away.

Also, if I check in the Home app it says it has a good connection.

i have same issue from last 3 days just 1 point keeps going offline.... when i reboot by unplugging it is back on line.
