I recently picked up a Nest Pro and am wondering if anyone else is having an issue with MS Teams - specifically the screen share feature?
As an aside, video calls are also more unstable and lower quality but screen sharing is totally broken for me.
When I screen share, users on the call see nothing but a black screen. However, if I connect my work VPN, everything is fine.
I have disabled the quality of service features on the router (not preferring video or gaming).
Any advice appreciated!
I have cleared the cache of Teams.
I am on the latest firmware ending 46, I think (from memory)

Hi @warpkid
Do you also have the WPA3 options enabled?
I had some performance issues when this was disabled.
After enabling: Use Wi-Fi protected access 3, and a network reset, everything worked great. 🙂

Yeah I have it enabled and it doesn't seem to help.
It's just really weird that it works fine over a VPN.

Hi @warpkid
That is strange indeed. Do you use the local client? If so could you check if this also happens when you use the browser based version of Teams?

That's a good question. I shall give it a go and report back!
