Model AC1304 no QR code and no setup key can't connect to http://192.168.82.1/api/v1/status

Hi, I have model AC1304 Google Wifi Router. The QR code and setup key sticker came off and I am trying to find the PSK online. However, when I try to go to http://192.168.84.1/api/v1/status or http://192.168.82.1/api/v1/status. It says can't be reached. Anyone know what I can do? Thanks!

Have you factory reset the Google Wifi unit first?
