My Nest Wifi is blocking one specific website. After 2 hours troubleshooting with Google, still...

All,

I am having a head scratcher issue that my ISP and Google support have been unable to address. I have been building a website (https://www.fapkolo.com/). 3 days ago, I started getting a timeout error when trying to connect to it from all my devices and browsers. At first I thought it was a DNS issue with my hosting company. However, when I called them, they could access it without an issue. So I turned off my Wifi and was able to get to the website using my mobile phone data. I was also able to get to it when I gave hotspot to my Mac.

At this point, I thought Spectrum my ISP was the culprit. I did a 1.5 hour troubleshooting session with them checking their blocked list, restarting the modem etc. They confirmed that everything looks good on their side.

Since I use Google Next Wifi, I thought that's probably the problem. After a 2 hour troubleshooting session with them, the problem remains. We did everything including factory resetting the Wifi router.

What's odd, is that the website is on the same server as other websites that were already actives. None of those websites is now accessible through my Wifi either.  I am still able to open the sites through my mobile network and I am sure you all can access the site too.

With no apparent next steps, I am turning to this community for help. What do you think it can be? What do you suggest?

Have you tried changing your DNS away from your ISP provided DNS?

Change your DNS - Google Nest Help

Try Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 or Google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I did a number of troubleshooting steps with Google Support including changes to the DNS. Apparently, it's the ISP Modem. But Spectrum is forcing me to purchase my own instead of changing what they provided.
