Ive unplugged the router and the modem multiple times. Ive done a factory reset on the modem and google home. Still cannot get the router to connect to internet from my modem with ethernet cable. It worked two days ago fine, now nothing.

A few questions: what kind of Google Wifi router do you have? What message do you get during setup on the Google Home app? Are you a modem router combination? Is it a new modem?
