Hi
I have a three pack of the Nest Pro. I noticed connection issues and one of the routers was off. I tested the socket and it works fine. I swapped the routers around and all the routers are fine, but the plug and charger is not working.
I've only had the product about a month but can't see how to complain or request a replacement power plug for the router. Please can someone advise.
