Nest Wi-fi Pro 6e not working but lights show that it should

This morning, I woke up to no wifi at my home and when I checked on the router unit it is showing a solid white light. It seems weird that it was showing that but not working. I power cycled the unit, it just goes straight to the solid white light, does not flash or pulse. Still no internet. So I unplugged the unit and power cycled the modem, when the modem was online I plugged the router back in, still just a solid white light as soon as it gets power. Still no internet. I then attempted to reset the router unit using the reset button on the bottom of the unit. No response from the unit while holding down the reset button.

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Wi-Fi Pro is not working. Help's here!

 

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • Is it connected directly to a power outlet?
  • Is the setup network available on the Wi-Fi connections list?
  • Were there any recent changes on the network? For example, a move to a different location, a new Internet Service provider (ISP), or a new modem or router.
