My mesh network was working fine, and my download speed test was giving me expected results. However, when I run the speed test now I am getting 0 Mbps, even though I clearly have an internet connection. What has changed?
Also, my mesh test only returns 'Great connection' for my 2 points, when it used to have the same 'Great' results for my 2 points and the router.

That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have and we apologize for the delay. A few questions:
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps. You can also perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
