Nest WiFi continuously dropping

Hi all, hopefully someone can help although I doubt it as I have numerous calls to Google and my set up is still useless. I have had the Nest WiFi for a few years and everything was fine. Then towards the end of last year my speeds were at a crawl, I plugged direct into my modem and run a speed test which was fine. I decided to factory reset my nests and all was fine except the one WiFi point would not reconnect. I was advised it was a known problem and a fix was on the way which eventually came in January 25. Since then my WiFi keeps dropping, restarting everything gets it going in the short term but then it will all just drop again. They finally had me do a diagnostic test today and they have come back with the following:

These are the issues found in your network:

WAN DHCP Timeout - this indicates that the parent point has a hard time to obtain an IP address from the upstream devices.

Troubleshooting: All you have to do is perform a sequential reboot of the modem and router.

EAPOL timeout - this indicates an issue that communicates to cloud services. This means that there may be an upstream firewall or a switch on the network that block the cloud services.

Troubleshooting : Do you have any switches or routers upstream of the WiFi devices? if so, try to remove them to check if that resolves the issue. If it does, disable the firewall on that device and rely on the WiFi's firewall.

Mesh Link Broken - this means that the mesh protocol link is broken between two nodes.

Troubleshooting: Try different placements of devices to check if the connectivity improves.

No I have no switches and I have moved the points around to where they are sitting in the same room to test it and it still drops. The restarting modem and nests gets it back for a few hours and then it will drop again. They have had me adding a custom DNS numerous times which does nothing, I have factory reset my nests so many times that I could do it with my eyes closed. I am really struggling with this and would love to get this back to how it was.

Appreciate any help.
