I added 1 nest WiFi router recently and my problem started almost immediately. This new router is added to my living room with Ethernet backhaul. Setup was successful and my network performance improved drastically. But I noticed through the day, it would intermittently start pulsing white. My nest hub in the same living room would also lose connection and message indicating it is ongoing setup. This would continue for about a min before it went back to normal. And this problem would come back on-off. I’m using 3 routers and 1 WiFi point in my house. The main router would be connected to the modem and an unmanaged switch while the rest of 2 other routers are connected to the switch for Ethernet backhaul. Has anyone encountered this before and any advice to resolve this? Thanks

Hi Edcheong,
That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Do you have the Internet on your modem?
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps, or please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
Also, you can give these steps a try:
You may skip any step that you’ve done already.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
