Recently I opened a support ticket and I was informed about a current situation that is blocking the adding of Nest Wifi points to an existing network. I talked to the higher support team and they said that it is a known situation that they're currently facing.
Is there anyone else facing the same situation? I just want to understand if there is a SLA to solve this situation, because I need to finish the creation of the mesh network in my new place in order to have the needed area coverage.

Oh yeah lots of people having the same issue for over 2 weeks but nothing being done, they say they know about it and finally acknowledged it on friday !! , urgent is not in googles vocabulary !

It's incredible, right? They sell us their equipments and we're unable to use them because they have a backend issue. It's like having a EaaS (equipment as a service) and their service simply does not work. I had a different expectation about how Google would support their users in this kind of situation.

Same issue as everyone else but at least happy to know where the issue lies. For now I just keep power cycling the router and points. Very frustrating! I bought Google because of their smooth/reliable integration reputation.
