Nest wifi point going offline randomly

My google nest wifi consisting of 2 routers and 5 wifi points started to randomly go offline starting August 30 until present.
The wifi points would freeze and stop responding to volume up or down touches or voice commands as if it has no power but warm to the touch!!!
it will temporary work after hard reboot but ill randomly do that again.

Absolutely nothing changed before this started to happen, this is causing inconvenience for me as I work from home and is happening more frequently now.

I'm having the same problem.  We're you able to resolve the issue of random points going offline?

I narrowed it down to one of the points

When I removed this point from my network everything worked back normal

Reset that point and added it back and everything goes crazy
