I have been using google nest wifi sincr it has come out. From these 2-3 days I have experience Wifi points don't respond to my word. All my nest mini works except my Points. The wifi function is fine but the assistant function is broken.
I have tried
1. Reset the wifi point (This doesn't help.)
2. Factory reset wifi point (This helps but next day the problem comes back)
It is so frustrating because I need to factory reset it every day.

Go ahead and try adjusting sensitivity on your various devices to see if you're having an issue with it being too low or too high on a certain device. If this doesn't improve your situation, please come back and let me know so we can look at other possible causes. Thanks.

1. No other devices have picked up my hotwords
2. I have tried increasing the sensitivity but no luck.
3. All nest minis never miss my words. Only nest wifi points.
I doesn' turn off the mic on the nest wifi points.
To this day, my nest wifi point doesn't pick up my hot words. 😭

It's been a while, so I just wanted to check in and see if you were still seeing the same issue with your WiFi point. I haven't received a fix for this at this time, but I wanted to see if you were still affected.
