I purchased the nest wifi pro, immidieatly after installing I realized that the produc is not good, it keeps crashing.
I purchased from Google online store. within 14 days I opened a ticket and they tried to trouble shoot and it didnt work. They said they will come back to me withing 48 hors, it has been more that 6 days no reply, even after repeated emails. I called customer support, they are not willing to refund. they hung the phone on me saying since - im not allowing them to trubleshoot.
every day same story, I spend hrs trying to connect custimer support, to retuen this product.
What can I do ?

This is the case id - case ID 9-9172000035834 , it was opened on on june 28th.
