One of my kids deleted my google home app. This deleted my connection to my Nest Pro Wi-Fi routers and my Nest thermostat. Went I reinstalled my nest home app, the system will not allow my Nest Pro Wi-Fi Routers to join the network or connect to my modem. I have followed the instructions many times (12) . Unplugging modems and routers and plugging back in is not allowing them to connect. It is like the deleted Google Home account assigned these devices to the old account and will not allow them to be reassigned to a new Home account. I have yet to try to connect my thermostat since I cant get the wifi to work but I'm assuming I'm going to find the same issue. the devices don't have a process to hard rest to a factory setting (no buttons or pin holes to push) and my gmail account that they were linked to do no show these as active devices. Any help is appreciated other then unplug everything again as that is not working.

We don't have Nest Wi-Fi, but maybe this Help topic will help:

Scroll down to "Factory reset your router or point with the factory reset button on your device".
