Nets 6E router stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi

My main nest 6E router disconnected from the internet. I have tried restarting my Arris 8300 cable modem and it is online. But the router does not get the connection.after several tries, I factory reset the nest system and it disappeared from the home app. Now when I try and set it up again, the app cannot find the router.

Thanks for posting. A few questions: what's the color of the light coming from your Nest Wifi Pro router and points? Were you able to connect a computer directly to your cable modem to confirm that it has an internet connection? We'll wait for your update.
