I am trying to sign in to Now Tv (https://www.nowtv.com/gb/sign-in) but can't when connect to my home network via Wifi or LAN. It works if I switch to use mobile data. Any idea if this is a Nest Wifi issue?

What exactly happens? Have you tried using a different browser and a different device to test?

The webpage shows and error connecting to their sign in service. Happens on Chrome and Firefox for Windows and Chrome on android. If I use mobile data then it work on android, and works if I hotspot my phone with mobile data to PC

Would you mind sharing a screenshot or photo?
Does it still do the same thing if you try using Incognito mode?
Have you tried restarting your Wifi network? Open the Home app > Favorites > Wifi > Settings cog > Restart network.

Sure, that's the screenshot. It doesn't work in private window either. Will restart my network in a sec to see if that helps. Thanks

Try changing your DNS provider. If it's set to your ISP, change it to Google, or Cloudflare. If it's set to something other than your ISP, trying changing it to your ISP.

Trued that but still no luck. ISP is looking into it on their end too. Thanks for your help

Looks like it's an issue with the ISP, had the same problem using their stock router. Thanks for your help
