Pages loading too slow with nest wifi while with main internet wifi, pages load quickly

I have xfinity ultrafast internet plan of 900 mbps speed and added nest wifi points (1 router+2 points). I can see when direct wifi of xfinity is connected, all pages like zoom meeting, zoom.com sign-in, linked-in, gmail, any news pages OR anything loads too slow. Bank websites are terminating showing error. BUT when I switch to main wifi or remove nestwifi from my wifi connection, all above pages are loading quickly without any issues.

Main concern is xfinity is interupted many time but nest wifi remains connected. Now problem is above. If connects to nestwifi, pages are not loading and if connecting to main xfinity wifi, there is interuptions. It is kind of deadlock.

Please help me how can resolve web page load issue while connecting to nestwifi.

Thanks for any kind of suggestions and help here. I think I am missing on some configuration or added some extra layer of firewall etc unintentionally but not sure what it is.
