Palo alto VPN doesn't work with google nest wifi

I am unable to connect to Palo Alto Global VPN using Google Nest Wifi (Mesh with one extra point).

I have tried everything...

- ISP (DODO) removed the CGNAT and moved me to Dynamic IP
- Internet is working, and VPN also works on device when i use Mobile tethering. 

The issue is either router or provider, as device is perfectly working.

ISP - We have moved you to CGNAT, that's all there is to it.
Google - We cannot help with this, as the community.

Is there anyone in this community who had to deal with such issue. Happy to share more information if needed.
