Password suddenly not showing anymore

RedAl
Community Member

Using nest Wifi for about 1,5 year, not problems at all (router and 4 points)

Suddenly it is not showing our passwords (main and guest network) anymore 😕

Nothing in the system changed the last 2 years (same phones ,same network , etc etc etc)

Also afraid to reset because the mobile is the only place to fill in a password...

HELP !

It shows the network password for me.

In the Google Home app, go to the circle "Wi-Fi" icon, then "Show password".

It's not clear from your intitial post what issue you are facing. So I just replied what I do to show the password.

You could try with the Google Home app from a different Android or iOS device, maybe? Just log in with the same Google account.

I'm having the same problem as RedAI. The passwords do not show when clicking on "Show password". If one tries to edit the settings, the app is stuck on a loading screen.
