Playstation Portal Lag Help

My PlayStation Portal is experiencing input lag. I have Google Nest Wifi and one point. I've tried port forwarding, but it still hasn't helped.

Hey Damien, not sure if the issue is with the PlayStation itself, but a lot of it could be related to your internet speed, especially downloads and uploads. You might want to run a speed test to check your connection:

I’m sorry to hear that your PlayStation Portal is experiencing input lag. Thank you for letting us know that you have a Google Nest WiFi and one point and you have already tried port forwarding, but it still continues with the inconvenience. No worries, help is here.

  • How many routers do you have in total?
  • How long has the internet been failing on your PlayStation?
  • Is the problem with all devices or just the PlayStation?
  • Have you tried connecting an Ethernet cable to the PlayStation?

In the meantime, I recommend you run a speed test with the Google Home app to evaluate download and upload speeds for Google Nest Wifi networks.

I have 1 router one mesh extender 

 

I get 106 down 27 up 

 

It's only on the ps portal no other device 

It's like the latency or something is making its stutter and drop

I cant use Ethernet I have no port near my playstation

Thanks for your prompt response providing the information requested. Could you please tell me if your mesh extender is similar to your router or different?

Another piece of information I need to confirm is whether the speed you mentioned (106 Mbps down, 27 Mbps up) is displayed in the Google Home app or in the PlayStation?. If it is on the PlayStation, please also run the speed test with the Google Home app.
