Point to Point with Nest router at pool

I have weak wifi from the house, at my pool.  Want to add a nest camera at the pool, and maybe other devices.  I have been reading posts about how to do this, and like the point to point option suggested on a couple of posts.  Has anyone done this?  I would possibly add an airmax antenna, wired to the house router, then another airmax antenna at the pool, wired to another nest antenna, that i could then connect a camera, and possibly other devices too?  Any tips and/or feedback on how well it works?
