Printer issues with wireless printer on

Robert11

I am new to Google Nest networking. I just set it up yesterday and everything seem to go well (Google  Home Router and two (2) access points). I was able to connect all our digital devices e.g.  TV, PC, IPAD, Macbook, Kindle, digital frame, a thermostat, Apple TV, HP Printer.  Everything worked except our HP 6600 wireless printer.  The App shows that it's on the network and that it has a "Great Connection", but it just won't print.
I tried restarting it. I gave it a static IP.  Removed it from the network and added it back. Same result.

I checked the firmware for the mesh router and it's up-to-date (14150.43.80).

I'm at a loss of what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,  Bob

Hi, Robert11.

Sorry to hear about the issues getting your printer working. I'm sure it's frustrating to have one aspect of your setup failing to work. It shows the great connection on the device, but are you getting any errors when you print, or does it simply just not go through? Do you usually connect directly with this printer to do print jobs, or is it through a print service or app?

Let me know a little more about the situation and we can get this worked out.

Thanks.
