What does Red pulse light mean? I've done the the factory reset, but it's goes back to red. Is there a Google Help Hotline? Thanks!

What the light mean:
If you've followed factory reset instructions to the point ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619?hl=en ), it sounds like a deffective unit.
