Hi
I have a new Nest router which I am trying to setup via iOS. The google home app detects the new router, connects and takes me to the WAN setup fine. Following this I get an error message Problem connecting tocloud Please try again later. I have tried power cycling both the router and modem and also facory reset on the router with no joy. I do not have an active vpn. Please help

There are known issues when setting up devices with iOS due to default settings Apple enables. The below link should get things working:
