Replacement for Nest Wifi router because of reboot issue

My router keeps rebooting every 10 minutes which is of course very annoying. I got an email from # saying my router has an issue and it can be replaced for free. However the form that is linked does not work, it just opens Nest Support Homepage.

I got the same issue with the email I received. I tried using your https://bit.ly/3o1aRK5. But I go round in circles. Is there an email group I can email?

Hi Jeff, 

yes I still need assistance. I talked with contact support via chat and the operator did not acknowledge sending that form. We went through a device reset but it did not solve the problem. I am pretty sure it is a hardware issue of those units and that I am not the only who has that reboot problem and received that form for a replacement.
