Router is not connecting to wifi

Hi, I am having issues with the router not connecting to the internet and it's not giving us internet throughout the house

  • Has your primary Wi-Fi router been set up and working previously, or is this a new installation?
  • How many Google Nest Wifi devices are linked to your mesh network?
  • What is the color of the light on your main Google Nest Wifi device?
  • What Google Nest Wifi device do you have?

Yes it was set up

Thanks for posting and providing the information. In this case, I just need to make sure, what are the exact Google Nest devices that are showing the orange light? And what steps have you already performed to solve the situation?
