Shouldn’t my Google Nest have WPA3 security turned on?

Google Nest does not automatically turn on wpa3. When I try turning it on it says something like, “Are you sure you want this? Some devices may not support wpa3.” Seems they’re trying to discourage people from turning it on? Shouldn’t it be on? I have no idea which devices support it and which don’t and I don’t want to find out.

It's just a warning that if you turn it on, you may have older products that will not be able to connect to your wifi.
