Slow upload speed nest wifi

Problem: Slow upload speed

I use AT&T - 500Mbps internet.

Hard wired my laptop to AT&T modem. I get 510 Mbps download and 502 Mbps download

Hard wired my laptop to Google router. I get 507 Mbps download and 112 Mbps upload

AT&T modem is configured as a pass thru. There is nothing else connected to the AT&T modem other than nest wifi router.

I don't understand why I am getting slow upload speed on my nest wifi router even though i am connected to it using a network cable. I have tested using multiple LAN cables, same problem.

The router seems to be defective and is throttling upload speed. Bought at Costco less than 15 days ago.

As an update for you, I wanted to let you know that we have a firmware update coming out now. Some people may have already received the update, but most will see it coming still. Everyone will have it before the end of April. If you receive that update and don't see an improvement in your issues here, please let me know and we can keep looking into things.

I currently have software version 14150.43.80

is this the latest?
