I’m connected to my mesh wifi and internet works, however certain websites won’t load. Specifically my banks website (M&T) and I haven’t checked in a while but a while back I couldn’t get into my state insurance portal. This is only an issue when connected to wifi as soon as I disconnect from wifi and use 5G it works. It also works on other wifi networks, just not mine. Any ideas?

Try to disable IPv6 in the Google Home app. Related thread from the other day with more details:

Just tried that doesn’t appear to have worked

Hmm, alright. Then I'd try to change DNS servers like so:
I use Cloudflare with malware protection:
Other popular choices are Google DNS:
Or Quad9:

Thanks so much for trying to help. I changed my DNS settings to cloudflare settings but still get the same message when trying to log into my bank.

Hi folks,
@olavrb, thanks for the help!
@Starfish22 and Malkihuda, thanks for reaching out. Just to isolate the issue, could you check if you can access the websites using the guest network?
Thanks,
Edward

I assume you mean the guest network through nest wifi. And yes it’s still a problem while on the guest network as well

Oddly I was able to reach some of them via the guest network but not all of them.

I'm having the same issue. My Nest router is connected to an Xfinity Wi-Fi router. When I connect to the Xfinity Wi-Fi network, the sites load just fine. I changed my Nest DNS settings to "ISP" and enabled/disabled IPv6 to no avail. Connecting to OpenVPN doesn't fix it, so I don't think it's a DNS issue in the Nest router.
