Speed test started failing yesterday. Network speeds are OK and 3rd party speed tests OK. Test in Google Home always shows failed or 0 for result. I have tried system reset, 10 min power off for routers, points, modem, toggled the privacy setting for cloud as suggested in other posts. No change after any of these,

I'm not seeing the same. Maybe your ISP has blocked it?
