Starlink, Yale and Nest Connect

Hello!  I have Nest, Yale smart lock and nest connect.  Everything has worked great up until we switched to StarLink.  Now… only my Nest thermostat works.  I’ve reset the setting in Yale.  Have removed and the re-added products and nothing works.  When Nest connect tries to connect to Thermostat for set up… I keep getting error “something is not working” try again.  Please help 🙂

@SandyPines

When you changed to Starlink, did you use Google Nest's instructions for updating your devices for a new Wi-Fi network?

This can be difficult, especially with differences between devices. Google Nest realizes this, which is why their instructions for updating cameras and doorbells says: "The simplest fix for most Nest products is to update your home network so that the network name (SSID) and password are the same as before. This will usually work even if you’ve purchased a new Wi-Fi router as long as the manufacturer settings are the same." (When we got a new router/modem, that's what we did, and we didn't have to update any of our Google Nest devices.)
