Stuck at 'Adding Wifi point to your Wi-fi network' when adding Nest point to Google Wifi

The current mesh network in Home app is with 2 google wifi. I'm trying to add a nest wifi point to the mesh network but i keep getting stuck at 'Adding Wifi point to your Wi-fi network'. And when i abandon the step, it point appears in the wifi network but shows as Offline.  

I've tried disabling IPv6 on the network, restart network and rest the nest point but same results everytime. 

Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks!

Please force-close the Google Home app and make sure it's up-to-date. You may also try uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if that helps. Unplug your modem and Google Wifi for 2 minutes before replugging it. Add your Nest Wifi point again and let me know how it goes.
