Switching off the internet to all devices

is there a way to turn off the Internet to all devices without creating a schedule? Of course the easiest way is to unplug the router, but can I do it through Google Home?

We don't have Google Nest Wi-Fi, but here's their help topic on pausing the internet either on demand or on a schedule. It looks like you first need to create Family Wi-Fi groups:
