I’m unable to connect the WiFi router to ISP router. I’ve gone through all the steps in Google home app. When the process gets to the point of connecting to the internet, it fails. I’ve hard reset the ISP router and the Nest router.
I can’t figure out how to get a live person on the phone to help.

What ISP, what modem/ router?
Is the ISP equipment bridged, as in firewall, DHCP, NAT and Wi-Fi disabled?
What happens if you plug a PC to the ISP equipment, do you get an internet connection? What IP do you get?
