Just upgraded to a three-pack Next Wifi system for better coverage at home. Everything works fine (coverage is much better and I love the Google assistant feature!) except that Zoom calls became unstable. Audio is totally fine but my video image gets frozen every time and screen share takes a long time to be seen by others if it ever.
Really desperate for a solution.

Hi, bluesyhfang.
Sorry for the issues you're having with Zoom calls. I imagine that's frustrating to experience. Let's see what's going on and work out a fix for you.
One thing to check on your network settings is to see if you have any Preferred Activity settings in place. These settings will let you prioritize traffic on your network for certain types of network traffic, such as gaming or video calling. To see how to make those changes, check out this article here: https://bit.ly/3C6Hht1
If you already have video calling prioritized, try turning the setting off to see if that has any impact on your situation. It's rare, but sometimes disabling all types of preferred activity can have a positive impact too. Hopefully this sorts it out for you.
Thanks.

Hey, everyone.
I’m just checking in real quick to see if we needed anything else here or if we were able to resolve the problem. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do here.
Thanks

Thanks Jeff. The problem is solved by turning off the preferred activities for video calling.
